Literacy India was setup in 1996 by Capt. Indraani Singh, with the objective of educating underprivileged women and children, and empowering them to become self-reliant and employable.
Radhika is a 12-year old girl studying in class six. Her extroverted and joyful personality is appreciated by all the teachers. While Radhika is an average performer in academics, her performance in extracurricular activities is exemplary. Radhika loves to showcase her creative side in art and craft and the theatre. She is very good at classroom activities too.
As a conscientious student, Radhika strives to work hard and improve her performance. She enjoys solving questions in mathematics and likes to read and write. Radhika’s hardworking nature is reflected in her willingness to always complete her homework on time and listen to the guidance of her teachers.
With constant hard work, Radhika’s academics have improved. She is quick to volunteer to carry out activities and tasks and is eager to learn new concepts. Her friendly nature has made her well-liked by her classmates.
Creating the phases of Moon was piece of cake for her where she received gold medal and Certificate for the Science project. Now that’s how it starts for bright eyes bushy tail kids.
