The Sampurna Shiksha Centre at Bijwasan, Gurugram, is a haven of enthusiasm and eagerness, exclusively dedicated to empowering girl children and women. With over 600 regular learners, the centre provides holistic, hands-on learning experiences through its educational, vocational, and occupational training curriculum.
Under robust projects like Gyantantra, Pathshala, and Indha, plucky young girls and feisty women from underprivileged communities find a meaningful direction. Project Gyantantra, an innovative digital education technology, facilitates child-centred learning and life skills development through self-help modules. Literacy India’s pioneering project, Indha, empowers women and girl children with access to quality education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Through skill training programs like Tailoring & Stitching, Beauty & Wellness, Art & Craft, and E-learning, women regain control of their lives and lead independent and meaningful existences.
The Sampurna Shiksha project at Bijwasan has been instrumental in transforming the lives of countless girl children and women who were victims of adverse circumstances. Literacy India brings them hope, happiness, and newfound confidence, paving the way for a brighter and empowered future.
